End of Tenancy Cleaning

End of Tenancy cleaning is a thoroughly professional cleaning service that takes place at the end of a contract before tenants move out. There is also Pre- tenancy cleaning Service that is done prior to the new tenants/ new owners of a property moving in. The quality of the service is the same.

This is a type of service that could be done by the tenant as well, but rarely they are aware of the high standards the agencies might have.That type of service requires a good eye for details, equipment and a skilled cleaner knows exactly how to clean different types of surfaces, bathroom premises and kitchen. Our team will come with full equipment and detergents needed for the completion of the service.

There is no certain amount of time that we can give, as that depends on the state of the property. It might take between 3-6 hours, it might be more. It also depends on the number of cleaners providing the service.

The property is expected to be completely empty as that will make the whole process smooth and organized, and it will prevent postponing of the service by people coming in and out creating a mess after them.

EOT includes hoovering of the carpets and the upholstery. If you request professional carpet and upholstery deep steam cleaning service additional cost will be applied. Please note that all carpet and upholstery cleaning Services are subjected to -10% OFF discount if the amount for it is above £100.00.

Customers are responsible for parking fees and congestion charges if there is any.
